ZedStay is an online marketplace that allows hosts to list accommodation and guests to submit booking requests. We are a platform only. We are not a property owner, property manager, or rental agent.

Hosts must ensure their listings are accurate, truthful, and up to date. Hosts must have the legal right to list the property. Hosts are responsible for setting and enforcing house rules, managing guests, and maintaining the property.

Fake listings, fraudulent information, or misleading content will result in immediate removal of the listing and suspension of the account.

Guests must verify the property, host, price, and payment terms before making any payment or moving in. Guests agree to follow house rules set by the host. ZedStay is not responsible for disputes between guests and hosts.

ZedStay does not process or hold payments in the current version of this platform. All payments are made directly between guests and hosts. ZedStay is not liable for lost payments, fraudulent transactions, or payment disputes.

Guests are strongly advised not to make full payment before viewing and confirming the property.

All listings are subject to admin review before going live. ZedStay reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at any time without notice.

The following are strictly prohibited on ZedStay: posting fake listings, using stolen photos, misrepresenting a property, harassing users, posting discriminatory content, requesting payments through unsafe methods, and creating multiple accounts to evade bans.

Users can report suspicious listings, hosts, or guests. ZedStay admin will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include suspension or permanent removal of accounts.

ZedStay collects only the minimum personal information necessary to provide the service. ID documents and sensitive information are stored securely and are not shared publicly. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

ZedStay may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
