Guest Rules

By submitting a booking request on ZedStay, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in account suspension.

• Always verify the host, property details, price, and payment terms before making any payment or moving in.
• Do not send money to a host before you have viewed the property in person or received proper confirmation.
• Keep all receipts, screenshots, and records of payments and communications with hosts.
• Respect the house rules of every property you stay in.
• Do not damage property. You may be held liable for any damage caused during your stay.
• Check the gender policy, couples policy, and children policy before booking.
• For student rooms, confirm the price period (monthly vs. per term) and what is included (water, electricity, Wi-Fi).
• Do not share your personal documents outside of the ZedStay platform.
• If a host behaves inappropriately or asks for suspicious payments, report them immediately.
• Cancel your booking request if your plans change — do not leave hosts waiting without communication.
• Be honest in your booking request. Provide accurate details about the number of people and purpose of stay.
• Do not create multiple accounts or misrepresent yourself when making booking requests.
