Cleaner Rules

By registering as a cleaner on ZedStay, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in removal from the platform.

• Your registration information must be accurate and truthful. Fake or misleading information will result in removal.
• You must have a valid NRC or passport to register as a cleaner on ZedStay.
• You must complete accepted cleaning jobs properly and on time.
• Treat every property you clean with respect. Do not damage, steal, or misuse anything in the property.
• Communicate clearly with hosts before and after the cleaning job.
• Do not request advance payment beyond what is agreed before the job is completed.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times when working with hosts.
• If a host behaves inappropriately, report them to ZedStay admin.
• Do not share or photograph sensitive documents or private areas of properties you clean.
• Your availability status must be kept up to date. Set it to Busy or Unavailable when you cannot accept jobs.
• Do not accept jobs you cannot complete. Cancelling accepted jobs repeatedly may result in suspension.
• Admin must approve your registration before you can apply for cleaning jobs.
