Host Rules
Rules all hosts must follow on ZedStay
By listing a room on ZedStay, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent banning.
- You must have the legal right to list the property — either as the owner or with written permission from the owner.
- All photos must be real photos of the actual property. Do not use photos from the internet or other listings.
- The price you list must be accurate. Do not change the price after a guest has made a booking request without informing them.
- The location must be correct. Do not list a property in the wrong area.
- House rules must be clearly stated on the listing so guests know what is expected before booking.
- You must respond to booking requests promptly — accept, reject, or request more information.
- Do not request payments from guests before your listing is verified and approved.
- Do not ask guests to pay through unsafe methods. Always provide a receipt or proof of payment.
- Treat all guests fairly and respectfully. Unlawful discrimination is not allowed.
- Keep your listing up to date. Mark it as Occupied or Unavailable when the room is no longer available.
- Report suspicious guests or fraudulent booking requests to admin immediately.
- Do not create multiple accounts to bypass suspension or banning.
- Fake listings, misleading information, or fraud will result in immediate suspension and possible legal action.
